The website, its content, branding, and design are owned by InovativeX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. For client work, ownership of deliverables is assigned as set out in the applicable statement of work, typically transferring to the client on full payment.

Enquiries and quotes

Information you submit through our forms is used to respond to you and prepare a proposal. A quote or estimate is an indication, not a binding offer, until confirmed in a signed agreement.

No warranty on website content

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InovativeX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

• We treat client materials as confidential and can sign a mutual NDA before detailed discussions.
• Deliverable ownership, license terms, and IP assignment are defined in each statement of work.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
